Tariffs

The Green House Busselton is registered for a maximum of six guests for holiday accommodation with the City of Busselton. We welcome you to a smoke free environment.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area of Busselton and so is best suited to guests wishing to experience a relaxed holiday.

Please contact us to request a quote for your preferred stay duration. We are really happy to discuss the special features of the house and any particular requirements to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Prices

Our rates change depending on the time of year and may include minimum stay periods. Please contact us for a quote. The cost of your stay will include:

• a cost per night for accommodation
• a standard cleaning charge of $80 per stay – an extra charge may apply should extra cleaning be required
• a security deposit (bond) of $500 is payable per stay – fully refundable if the house is left in ‘as is’ condition – refunded within 48 hours of departure

LINEN: We encourage you to provide your own linen for bedroom and bathroom. You may choose to hire linen for a cost of $120 per stay.

CHECKING IN?: The house will be ready for you at 2.00pm on the date of your arrival. Please vacate the house by 10.00am on date of departure. We are happy to arrange late checkouts if available!

CANCELLATION POLICY: We are happy to refund your funds should the property be re-let for the period of the proposed occupancy for the agreed rental. We will, however, charge an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the cost of the stay. Failure to pay the required funds for your stay and the bond 1 week prior to your stay will constitute a cancellation.
